We’re EyeRoll Studio—a team of hands-on thinkers and makers. Our backgrounds span design, film, development, special effects, education, even welding and construction. That mix isn’t random—it’s the reason we see problems from more angles and solve them without the usual studio fluff.
We built EyeRoll to be sharp, collaborative, and grounded in the reality of making things. We work shoulder-to-shoulder with clients, stay close to the work, and don’t hand off ideas we wouldn’t stand behind ourselves. If it has our name on it, we’ve touched it. We’ve shaped it. Studio Philosophy
EyeRoll Studio is intentionally built without traditional hierarchy.* The studio operates on earned authority, shared ownership, and trust in each member’s ability to contribute meaningfully without waiting for permission.
Leadership is fluid and based on expertise, not titles. Decision-making is clear and effective—but not centralized in a "boss." Each project is led by the most qualified person, with support from the full team.
EyeRoll rejects fear-based management. Instead of compliance through control, it fosters performance through ownership—every member has skin in the game and a stake in the studio’s success.
