A vacation, finally.

We've lost track of how many times we've tried to leave New Orleans only to have some unforeseen event collide with our plans. In fact, the day we were due to leave Hurricane Isaias (2026) popped up out of nowhere and looked like it was going to hit New Orleans. Luckily, we were able to escape before it made landfall in the Florida Panhandle.

Was it the 101-Day Rougarou Confinement, the Gateway to Hell at the Hotel Iberville, or something stirred up by Marie Laveau? Perhaps it was just bad timing?
